The Zadroga act has been passed by the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate, and will soon become law. The Zadroga Act will provide $4.3 billion in funding for 9/11 related diseases and in addition, will establish the World Trade Center Health Program to monitor and provide medical care to people who develop health conditions caused by 9/11 toxic exposure. The act reopens the Victim Compensation Fund which will also provide monetary compensation to all those injured by 9/11 toxic exposure.

If you worked, attended school, resided around or participated in the rescue operations or cleanup at ground zero during the September 11th attacks and aftermath and are now suffering from medical issues related to exposure to toxins, you may be entitled to medical treatment and financial compensation.
